How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat fee of $8, or free with orders over $75.
Where do we ship from, and how?
Orders ship from Brooklyn, New York, using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the U.S. only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship within 3-5 days; you can typically expect your order to arrive between 5-7 days after you place an order. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate.
How do you package your candles?
Most of our orders come in candle packaging made to fit Sunday Club candles perfectly. However, we do aim to keep the entire business running at the lowest waste possible, so we do recycle packaging that come with our supply orders, include packing peanuts, packing paper, boxes, and more. Either way, you can rest assured we package all our candles securely so they do not break in shipment.
My candle arrived broken. How can we fix this?
If there are any issues with your delivery at all (including lost or damaged product), email us at email@example.com — we will make it right.
How do you avoid candles melting in shipment?
During the warmer months, we pay for expedited shipping, at no cost to you, to decrease the time in transit as much as possible. We ask that you try to bring your package indoors as quickly as possible during the summer months. If you make an order and know there are certain dates you will not be home, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to time the shipment to your availability. If your order does melt in transit, email us and we'll make it right.
Can I make returns?
All sales are final, but if you have any problems with your order, please reach out to email@example.com.
